Air Force Maintenance Resource Management (AFMRM) provides a proven solution to the seemingly insurmountable problem of human error – both at work and in our personal lives. 18-20% of all USAF mishaps - injuries, accidents, and resource losses are directly attributable to maintenance preventable errors and mistakes. These human errors have consequences – often enormous and expensive penalties that affect our combat capability – our ability to do our jobs.
